Tracy Carpenter: Leeds HR Consultant

Tracy Carpenter: HR consultant

After 20 years in the HR business, Tracy founded Mint HR in 2016 when became clear her personality wasn't suited to taking a back seat - as evidenced by works Christmas parties. Perhaps that's no surprise - as her first job was as a clown as part of her dad's children's entertainment business. Now her clowning days are (mostly) behind her, she's dedicated to making Mint HR into something truly special. Away from her HR duties, she's an adventurous clubbercising, gin-drinking mum of two with a love for musicals and true crime.
