We're Hiring! HR Consultant Job in Leeds/Wakefield

 Mint HR are hiring – this is frickin awesome! We’re looking for an amazing Yorkshire-based HR Consultant who wants to join the hustle and bustle of a close knit team whose number 1 aim is to help small businesses with all their people joys and woes.

We're looking for someone who wants to help grow the client base, take ownership of the client and who is of course, amazing at the broad spectrum of HR duties.

This isn't a job for a wallflower - youll be pitched into a myriad of HR issues for clients who do anything from make cinema screens around the world to removals firms who just need an employment contract.

You'll be dealing with clients who are at differing levels in terms of their HR knowledge, so you'll be well versed in determining whether you need to fully educate, guide or whether to just lend an ear. At Mint we're extremely customer centric, building amazing relationships with our clients.

So, you'll need to pitch in: one day will be intense, the next day might be spent creating handbooks. There's only a few of us and it's all hands on deck.

We really want someone with HR consultancy experience; maybe you're doing consultancy already on your own and just want to be part of a bigger family - you'd still get to do all the good stuff but you'd have the backing of others and get a guaranteed salary; or maybe you're ready for a new challenge with a different consultancy.

We're open to part time or full time and are looking at a salary of 30-35k dependent on experience.

The role will be predominantly home based but with onsite client visits. You also have the option to work at Mint Shedquarters in WF3 one day a week.
